First, I want you to understand this. To a woman, there’s no bigger turn off than a guy who’s needy. As harsh as that sounds, it’s true. The power of body language cannot be understated. What you portray in your body language can be more powerful than anything you could possibly say. Because of this fact, Mirroring is the single most powerful body language technique inside the Mind Control seducer’s arsenal.

Non-verbal cues are picked up more easily by a woman than verbal cues. The female subconscious is tuned to detect changes in body language to a high degree. As Derek Rake, author and creator of the Shogun Method says; “a woman’s brain cannot consciously filter out non-verbal information which suggests familiarity”.

Therefore, this female psychological flaw can be exploited by any master seducer and manipulator as long as it is done correctly. And the good news is that it can be done quite easily by anyone as long as they know how to do it.

Quite simply, Mirroring is “copying” your target’s behaviour. It’s really as easy as that. Hand gestures, body movements, facial expressions. Don’t overcomplicate things either. Just shamelessly act out what your target is doing!

Sounds simple, right?

The reason Mirroring works so well as is because it is perceived outside the boundaries of conscious awareness. By replicating your target’s non-verbal signals, you are sending familiarity signals to her subconscious.

Although it is possible to perform Mirroring incorrectly, particularly by newbies to the Shogun Method, there is a trick known as the Three Seconds Rule which allows you to safely avoid this pitfall.

What the Three Seconds Rule dictate is this…

You should mimic a particular behaviour or gesture that you notice only three seconds after you have first noticed it. This will allow you to safely perform the Mirroring technique without her getting suspicious of your actions!

Although you are simply matching her body language, your end game is to allow yourself to match her inner views, her thoughts and her feelings. Your body language is simply a means to that end. You also want to match her breathing rhythm, her posture, her facial expressions, her verbal ticks, and minor things such as blinking or chin scratching. Put yourself in her shoes. Be her.

When performed correctly, you will have any woman you desire falling at your feet, and helplessly in love with you!
